MP3s
You will need a media player to play MP3s on your computer. Most new PC and Macintosh models come with a media player already installed - just click on the link for each file and the mp3 should play in your default player.
If you do not have a media player installed you can download a player such as Windows Media Player or QuickTime for free by clicking on the links.
To save the MP3 to listen to later or play on your portable media player, right-click on the link and select ‘Save Target As’. However, please note that all resources included on this website are subject to terms of use. If you wish to request permission to re-use any material from this website, please contact us on educational.permissions@hodder.co.uk.

Zipped folders
Some companion websites contain zipped folders to make downloading multiple resources easier. To access the individual resources you will need an unzip utility such as WinZip® (for Windows only) or Stuffit Expander® (for both Windows and Macintosh) to extract the contents of the .zip file. Free/demo versions of either of the above programs can be downloaded by clicking on the links.
Using WinZip®:
Save the .zip file to your hard drive, right-click on the file and choose 'Extract to folder'. The files will be extracted to a folder with the same name as the .zip file.
Using Stuffit Expander® (Windows):
Save the .zip file to your hard drive and then double-click on the file name. This will automatically extract the files to the same location as your .zip file.
Using Stuffit Expander® (Macintosh):
Click on the .zip file and it will automatically download and extract the files to your desktop.
